The fourth soundslides presentation completed so far, again self-motivated. Apparently it is the first one for the Life section of the paper. The accompanying story can be read here.
Again, Shaminder points out to me that there seems to be an audio problem. This time I believe it is because I embedded the small version, which uses the AUDIO_LO file. When I watch the presentation in its full size the running water again sounds like running water and not some weird digital noise.
Here is the video of the lumberjack event that the last post talks about as well as a video of the St. Cloud Granite City Days parade. Dave, my photo editor, asked me to follow the St. Cloud All City Band during the parade and make a video of the parade through their eyes.
Another self-motivated soundslides. This one was attached to the story. I realize from the emails I’ve gotten that the sound is really low on this. We must have had the speakers turned up high in the editing room, I’ll upload a better version in the next day or two.
My latest three videos from the St. Cloud Times, the most recent on top. Let me know what you think. I think that I have taken something from each video that I have done so far. From the first two (the park one posted earlier was my first video) I definitely learned the importance of some sort of stabilization such as a tripod. The Red Bulls military piece below also taught me to always bring the light that usually comes with the kit.
